Spicy Grapefruit Paloma
What You'll Need:
- 1.5 oz Añejo Lime Spirit
- 2–3 slices of fresh jalapeño
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave syrup (or to taste)
- Sparkling water (grapefruit or plain)
- Grapefruit wedge and jalapeño slice, for garnish
- Ice
How to Make:
- 1. In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices with agave syrup to release the heat.
- 2. Add Añejo Lime Spirit, grapefruit juice, and lime juice.
- 3. Fill with ice and shake well until chilled.
- 4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- 5. Top with sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
- 6. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a slice of jalapeño.
